The MDTF-JSS worked together with the State Prosecutorial Council (SPC) to develop a Training needs assessment (TNA). Work started in March and was finalized by June 2016. The report and accompanying attachments is here. The team held individual interviews with the SPC leadership and staff members and facilitated a workshop with the Council and the Administrative Office to validate the results and discuss next steps. It was agreed that the SPC will use this TNA as a basis for all future training at the SPC. The TNA also made recommendations for future directions in the work of the Administrative Office of the SPC.
