The World Bank's Multi-Donor Trust Fund for Justice Sector Support (MDTF-JSS) hosted a workshop for representatives from donor community and internationall projects to present preliminary findings from the multi-stakeholder survey on perseptions of justice in Serbia. The workshop took place at the World Bank office in Belgrade on Friday, May 16, 2014.
This survey was carried out during December 2013 and is a follow-up to the baseline survey from 2010 which focuses on the efficiency, quality of services, accessibility, fairness, integrity, costs in the justice sector and reform expectations.
For the purpose of this survey, judges, prosecutors, members of the general public, business sector representatives, members of the legal profession working in private practice, and judicial employees were polled.
