REPORT ON PUBLIC SECTOR CONFERENCE - Zlatibor, 21 May – 24 May 2017
A conference on the current legislation relevant for the public sector was organized by "Paragraf", in Zlatibor, 21 May – 24 May, 2017. The following areas of legislation were included:

Implementation of the Law on Administrative Procedure (came into force 1 June, 2017)

Limitation of employment in the public sector by the end of 2017
-
Internal control and internal audit in the organization who are public funds beneficiaries
-
Competencies and activities of budgetary inspection within the Ministry of Finance
-
Keeping records of real estate and movable property in public ownership
-
Framework agreement application in the field of public procurement, the contract award criteria and technical evaluation of the submitted offers in public procurement of goods, services and works
-
Mediation and alternative dispute resolution
The Conference was attended by the employees from the Supreme Court of Cassation (SCC) and the High Judicial Council (HJC) who perform tasks that are directly related to the topics abovementioned, so that they acquire new expertise and experiences, necessary in their future work. Participants from the SCC and the HJC were fully satisfied with thematic presentations useful in carrying out their regular activities in the court.
